Hi Casey, thanks for letting me join your group!! I need help . . . had a bad car accident March 1st and I've gained about 10 lbs. A lady ran a stop sign, totaled my car, broke my ribs and gave me a concussion. I can't go to Planet Fitness anymore (at this time) I need to lose at least 20 lbs and will have to use the food diary to do so. Thank-you again!! Good luck to all!
