Be prepared!

I took my kids to a neighborhood park play date and if I was not prepared with my lean shake I would have been so tempted to snack on M&M trail mix while chatting away wlith neighbors!! What do you do to help you with social gatherings?

    Way to go! I felt the same way today. We left the house at 9 and just got home at 5. I would have been tempted to spend money and eat crap.

    That’s good willpower! A little easier for me, there’s never food my daughter or I can eat... 😩. She’s lactose intolerant, and we are vegan. Kinda makes it easy? Although it’s sad when we are at gathering after gathering and we are left out, and they are like, oh.... there’s beans and salad for y’all. 🙄🤦‍♀️. Eh, I bring our own food, and it’s tasty and healthy, and people love it! 🥳🎉

    I like to pack some fruit and veggies and/or cheese sticks and chomps sticks for on the go healthy snacks
