Exercise Guidelines
You are required to take a minimum of 5 HIITyasa classes per week. Ideally (and the people who have had the most amazing results in this program) have taken 5 HIITyasa classes per week. If you are out of town and/or cannot get to the studio, you can access our on-demand library of workouts. If you decide to take additional Yoga, Training, or HIITyasa classes, go for it!!
Exercise Options:
1. 5 HIITyasa classes per week
2. 3 HIITyasa classes plus:
a. 2 additional Train45 classes PLUS 1 Hot Yoga
b. 2 Train45 PLUS 1 Hot Yoga or 1 Strength and Cardio Class
c. 3 workouts incorporating 30 min of
strength training and 30 min of cardio (out of town option only). Stretch 5 min, Meditate 2min.
3. 4 HIITyasa classes plus:
a. 2 additional Strength and Cardio classes
b. 1 Train45 PLUS 1 Hot Yoga or 1 Strength and Cardio Class
c. 2 workouts that incorporate 30 min of strength and 30 min of cardio (out of town option only). Stretch 5 min, Meditate 2 min.
