Team Weight Loss Challenge is a four-week diet and exercise plan designed to get you and your teammates back on track and facilitate you to achieving your body transformational goals. Through food preparation, workouts, weigh-ins, measurements, group chats, nutrition courses, group supports, and coaching, we will help you change your body, your mindset, and your life!

We begin the four-week challenge with our Saturday or Sunday morning measure and weigh-in, pictures, Team challenge outline and instructions. We kick off the Challenge with a 3 day juice cleanse that is designed to release the body of toxins, alkalize the body, clear the body of potential food allergies or intolerances, jump start weight loss, and put you in the mindset for achieving your goals. This cleanse is completely guided so you will have nothing to second guess or worry about. You and your fellow team members will be placed in a group chat (Group Me App) which is a forum to support each other in our juice cleanse journey and the remainder of our Team Challenge journey! This group chat helps you understand how others are doing or feeling, that what you are
experiencing is normal, and also is a great way to bounce off ideas and answer questions and support each other. After the three-day cleanse, you will have detailed instructions on what to do next as far as workouts and foods you will need to consume. It will all be mapped out for you!!
Every weekend we will have a mandatory weigh-in, nutritional talk, evaluation of journals, and group session to discuss how things are going. We will answer any questions and help you in any areas that you need support. The last meeting we will have our final weigh-in and see the results of all our hard work and dedication. If you are unable to attend a weekly meeting, contact one of us to set up a time that is closest to the meeting missed.

During the Team Challenge you will be required to: 1. Prepare and eat only meals and snacks outlined in the book. 2. Log mandatory workouts. 3. Attend the meetings and weigh-ins. 4. Log all food consumed and log water and alcohol intake. If you travel during the four weeks of the challenge, you are still required to stick with your meal plan and workout regime.
