i just want to introduce myself..
my name is Heather. i now have a beautiful baby boy named Jordan. i am a first time mommy. i was lucky to only gain baby weight (and i didnt watch how much i ate or what i ate). then when i had him i lost all the baby weight + 20lbs. i am excited about that. but my doctor warned me that the weight could come back just as fast as i lost it...and its starting to come back. i am looking forward to getting to know you guys and losing weight together!
