3 yeses for me! Exercise was 30 minutes of yoga and 2 long dog walks. I really needed the second one for a bit of me time, work is so busy as I’m preparing to be out of office (sounds weird saying that as I’ve not been near the office since March!) for two weeks. Really looking forward to a bit of a rest!7

I'm trying to sort out my front garden so lots of gardening involving digging and pulling up roots. I think that definitely counts as being active.7 -
Finishing poorly - work is a bit busy atm. But I will be back on track come the weekend. I will have to analyze how I can do better in future when my work gets like this. Life happens but I can't let snacking and binge eating forever be my "go to". It's part of how I landed on MFP. The goal for my journey on here is replacing bad habits with good habits to carry me forward as I age. Some heavy self analysis is in the near future...9

Exercise: lots of time doing chores at the barn and then working with the horses. Rode for an hour of fun!

Yes x3. Many hours of disinfecting the public areas of my workplace due to the virus, plus walking over 8 hours. Stayed under budget and tracked.

Closing the month strong. another 3 x yes (stationary bike plus exergame plus long-way round to the evening shopping (by foot) put me well up on the fitbit burn, already surpassed "closed kitchen" intake
Totals for this second-last day: 25 days goals met / 5 pass days used (most of a week in "training camp for next month") STILL week-to-week stable on the maintenance weight at the end of four months.5 -
