Hubby cooked dinner and delicious it was then homemade cake was consumed....
Exercise yes 20 min quigong, 30 min housework, 120 min hiking along Angles Way at Oulton Broad UK, so sad to see it not very busy...

Calories: Yes, stayed under, even if the nutritional value was dreadful.
Exercise: Yes, just, 20 minutes walking in the heat.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.

I did 15 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of abs, as well as a 65 minute morning walk with the pup.3 -
