We all post at different times of the day and we are in different time zones. Please go back and read all of the NSV posts from yesterday.
I hope you have/had a great day!

I love to read through everyone's NSV on the 15th. They are all very motivational. Thank you.
I have been away but trying hard to work the plan. I am back. I will not be in the winner's circle. But I plan to be in the consistency circle
Common y'all, we are half way into the month. Let's keep up the beat. We can do this!!!

Today is my first kidneyless anniversary (meaning that I donated my kidney 1 year ago). It wasn't intentional but I got in loads of exercise today, which is great, to show that you can do anything on 1 kidney!
Morning trail run to test out the new shoes, rehab for my weak shoulders and then a good rolling session!
In budget on the calories even with a portion of ice cream. I'm impressed that I only ate a portion. I still struggle with treats so if they are in the house, I generally eat it all and therefore only buy small portions of treats. I wanted ice cream from my favourite shop and was in that area of town today so bought 2 medium tubs. And only ate a quarter of one of them! It is birthday month after all.14 -
Congrats on your kidneyless anniversary @Dory_42 and everyone’s else on their NSVs. Three yesses for me today. I woke up early so managed my second run from Couch to 5k week three. I think it felt a tiny bit easier than the last run, so I’ll take that as a win.6

Loved reading all the NSVs. Thanks all for sharing.
YesX3 day today. Walked in the park in the evening with my toddler for about an hour. These days he drags me to the door a lot during the day. So yeah, no escaping my walks outside 😂.

Definitely agree to that picture. If you can't learn from history personally...or as a society...then you know how it goes...(doomed to repeat it...etc...).
Off to do alot of walking...and I'm excited about it. It's about 94 here - but the sun is going down so it will continue to fall.
I'm yes times three on the challenge.
I was late posting yday - so I'll say what I stated over there... I was at the 180 day mark yday. So - I'm 6 months in...6% body weight down - and aiming for another 10% by day 365. Best wishes to you all for peace that you find in what comforts and motivates you.10 -

Day 16 - Yes x3
Pass #2 lol
Due to personal IRL reasons I didn't have a chance to properly exercise, disappointed but it happens. Life happens. Not the end of the world. There's always tomorrow.
Wanted to binge for a few other reasons but didn't, happy about that at least.
Something about today feels off but I at least didn't turn to food for comfort.13 -
