    Will do!😁Thanks for the support . I really did feel a bit down as I was doing so well, up until now, with my weigh loss and strength building goals and the knee brought me up short.

    @heffalump2014 Do what you can! Seated is great for knees, but it would also be a good option to try and find out what is causing the pain and learn what you need to do to help it improve. Then you should strengthen the problem area before you drive back into whatever other exercises you have been doing, or you will likely just injure it again. A physio therapist or exercise physiologist would be good options to help you with those questions.
