I didn't even see the link for July until I searched for it. Thank goodness because I would have a lot of catching up to do with posting.9 -
My housemate is out buying us chocolate. I have logged half today and half tomorrow. They fit because I ran today and had work and did zoom Jiu Jitsu and yoga. Tomorrow is work and rolling so I'll burn enough calories (plus I work on a TDEE number and rarely use my exercise calories).
Today I also fit in the ice cream and cake we had for my colleagues birthday. There are only 3 of us on our shift so we needed to celebrate. I knew this was the plan (I made the ice cream) so I planned around it.
Not the best food choices but as long as it the exception, not to rule, I'm happy!

6th July
A pretty good Monday!
Exercise: Yes, went swimming and my knee felt all the better for it. Walked for about an hour as well, 30 minutes to the swimming pool and back, and another half hour to the art shop to get a mixing tray so I can mix the paint I bought the other day and start painting at my new easel.
Calories: Yes, stayed well under. I had eaten very lightly during the day, because I had a meeting with the other people in our building and drinks and nibbles are always included. As it happens, the nibbles were quite low calorie and I limited myself to two half-glasses of wine.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.13 -

It’s not been feeling so easy to keep going under my calorie limit these last few days, I have that feeling of wanting to eat everything! But have given myself a talking to tonight and reminded myself how much better I’ve been feeling when I don’t. So there, time to make a peppermint tea before bed and chill.11 -

Hmmmm.... this is sounding familiar ..... I am thinking back to May-into-June ......
@WMEJA , when July-into-August is winding down (or has reached Aug 1 + ) and you "don't know where to go" .... put an entry in the July "What's On Your Mind Today?" page and I will throw you the link. I always leave the previous month bookmarked for at least a week (along with the New-Month Promotion Page) in case any final entries show up6 -

I try to use most of my calories so I do not feel deprived. There is still banana cake in the house, but there is also IPA...the IPA won. A 5 oz glass was very enjoyable and did not push me over my limit. Over 120 minutes of activity and everything logged. Have a good night.9

Yes x 3. Exercise was 10 minute run and 70 minute walk.8

Yes x3
Woke up at 6:20 for our morning walk since the high was 96 and there were thunderstorms forecasted for this afternoon.
Then did my workout.
Stayed under on calories.
Days are pretty laid back since I'm not teaching during the summer but I try to break up the days between curriculum planning, chores/decluttering, and tasks for my non-work life. Today I focused on creating a spreadsheet for hopefully buying a home in the future.7 -
No X 3.
Rough day10 -
Did a lot of yard work today. Stayed under and logged everything.8

Day 6 - Yes x3
40 minute walk, rested most of the day. Catching up on a series I'm enjoying mostly, and napping. I guess I switched around @RangerRickL 's messages of yesterday's for today and today's for yesterday lol. I did so much yesterday (and all week) but today my body is telling me it needs to rest & recover. Tomorrow I have a fun workout planned out so hopefully I'll be rested enough to have the energy for it not much of an appetite today so I didn't eat much, just a couple fruity protein smoothies & last night's leftovers. Which is great for the calorie deficit but I gotta be careful tomorrow to not end up overeating cuz 1 day of no appetite/undereating turns the next day into "making up for it", whether I mean to or not. It'll all be good though, I have trust in myself for once.
But I weighed in this morning (I'll be weighing in every Monday now) and I'm down 2lbs so even though it's just a little, and I'll be more satisfied once I hit the 5-8lb mark, it still means I'm on the right track. Just gotta keep going!
@Dory_42 as long as you enjoyed yourself then there's nothing wrong with the occasional indulgence! we're only human after all lol. homemade ice cream sounds amazing btw!8 -
Logged and under and over an hour of walking.6

Like @lowcalorielovepotion, I am still tired from the weekend's activity. I had a great time with the combination of kids and horses, but I am still weary today. I did an easy day workout of active stretching and then walking.
Tracking: ok
Calories: just barely under my limit6 -
Yesx3 day! Took a 30 mins spin class. Trying intermittent fasting...well sort of. Stopping eating at 6:30 pm. Nothing until 8 am next am.

It's after 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. alarms ring "sooooo early" so shorter than usual entry tonight.
JUST managed a 3 x yes despite 7690 steps (most within a 2 hr window) exercise and ate less than MFP sets as my maintenance level (and logged all)
MFP says "ate 1287 out of 1400" and fitbit says "burned 1308 as of 11:00 p.m."
That's how sedentary my "office days" can be! (but on Wednesday, I have an hour-long teleconf to mute / listen in on .... lots of work-time stepping potential there .... )7 -
Yes, yes, and yes. A good day.7
