Pass day #2 for me. I semi planned the weekend to be indulgent, I only wish the holiday was midmonth instead of at the beginning.
I'm planning to keep momentum from June, and attack the rest of July very intentionally. For years I've maintained my current weight, give or take 6 lbs... But I'm still very much in the overweight category and have a good 20-30 to loose. I've done great in the last 7 weeks and I need to break through to that next level. Summer here I come!5 -

I hate that DONE button. I logged in last night but but that instead of post reply.
Rest day for me but I started it before sunrise with a walk to the viewpoint to watch the moon set and Sun rise. No eclipse visible but it was a beautiful experience anyway. Took a longer route home to ensure I got over 20 minutes of exercise in. Spent the morning ensuring I had my food planned and prepped for the week as I'm working Monday to Thursday and then I got to rest.
Food choices were good and under budget. It's easy to make good choices when I start at home was I don't keep unhealthy stuff in the house.
Need to improve my water intake again. I know that it affects me because I only have 1 kidney but I've dropped a litre off recently and I'm feeling the effects now. Personally my body needs 4 litres per day to function optimally.6 -

Don't give up @signing_megs! This was a good day! In my UAC 'career' I have clocked up something like 9 Pass Days, still lost weight or at least not put any on, and felt like a hero because I had managed 20/30 days.8

3 x yes for me - had a long cycle ride to a nice island (with crossing) near the city, then a shorter walk again later. Feel quite happy for getting in exercise on a day with frequent heavy rain, luckily mostly avoided!6

For more than not, the first few months are the "learning about self" months. Stick with it, as @Chinkiri says, it's irrelevant whether you clock up 4, or 10, (or 23) Pass days. Build on what went RIGHT this time, repeat.2
