Slept later than usual.
Calories: below my limit by enough
Tracking: ok
Exercise: easy day stroll for 30 minutes. I had two big exercise days in a row. I needed a light duty day.5 -
I hate that DONE button. I logged in last night but but that instead of post reply.
Rest day for me but I started it before sunrise with a walk to the viewpoint to watch the moon set and Sun rise. No eclipse visible but it was a beautiful experience anyway. Took a longer route home to ensure I got over 20 minutes of exercise in. Spent the morning ensuring I had my food planned and prepped for the week as I'm working Monday to Thursday and then I got to rest.
Food choices were good and under budget. It's easy to make good choices when I start at home was I don't keep unhealthy stuff in the house.
Need to improve my water intake again. I know that it affects me because I only have 1 kidney but I've dropped a litre off recently and I'm feeling the effects now. Personally my body needs 4 litres per day to function optimally.6 -

Don't give up @signing_megs! This was a good day! In my UAC 'career' I have clocked up something like 9 Pass Days, still lost weight or at least not put any on, and felt like a hero because I had managed 20/30 days.8

3 x yes for me - had a long cycle ride to a nice island (with crossing) near the city, then a shorter walk again later. Feel quite happy for getting in exercise on a day with frequent heavy rain, luckily mostly avoided!6

For more than not, the first few months are the "learning about self" months. Stick with it, as @Chinkiri says, it's irrelevant whether you clock up 4, or 10, (or 23) Pass days. Build on what went RIGHT this time, repeat.2 -

....aaaannndddd here's my third pass. It was a lovely weekend, and I had planned to use them. I don't think I did terrible, as I still lost a pound for the week after this weekend, but didn't want to bother with logging and tracking everything. Have a great day, everyone!1

Ahhh, Sunday. My rest day. And HOOOOO boy did I rest! For some reason, I could not keep my eyes open for most of the day and ended up sleeping a good portion of the day! I had things planned, and sleeping was NOT on the playlist. I had planned to do a yoga session, but that didn't happen, ended up just stretching throughout the day, inculding the 10 minutes while the pasta was boiling for dinner!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, stretching throughout the day
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, actually under by 400 or so
