    Not a chore day here - but slept in for the fifth day in a row .... S I G H short start-of-summer break ends today and alarm clock gets turned back on tonight.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? --- yes, brisk-walked on the mini-trampoline to my exergame for ~ 45 minutes plus after supper outdoor stroll with DH for ~25mins
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?--yes, evening snack I am about to eat has been factored in, and I am still well inside total envelope
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?---yes

    For more than not, the first few months are the "learning about self" months. Stick with it, as @Chinkiri says, it's irrelevant whether you clock up 4, or 10, (or 23) Pass days. Build on what went RIGHT this time, repeat.
