Glad I found this group! I need support and accountability... I started 5x5 about 4 weeks ago and it's been going OK, had a few missed days and my "group" that I started with sort of fell apart because my boss got into an accident... so now I'm doing the work out at a gym with my SO that I'm actively trying NOT to spend so much time with, and its more awkward because - well - there are PEOPLE there, not just the small group in my boss' garage where we'd tease, support and spot. I'm really enjoying the program though I think Overhead Presses are the devil and I can't seem to move up much in them...
Last lift -
Squats - 5x5 at 110lbs
Over head Press 2x4 @ 60, then I went down to 55 to see if I can actually finish... 3x5 @55 lbs. Again. For the 3rd work out. *sigh*
Deadlifts 5x5 @ 120lbs
