I'm MtF transgender and just about to start HRT.
I've already had Facial Feminization Surgery a few months ago, but I'm concerned to know the effect (if any) that starting hormones has on your weight, or your attitude to exercise?

Hi! I have been on HRT for a long time now and am noticed in the beginning that I gained weight. There are many different theories for why it happened. I didn’t really change my eating or exercise routines so it was quite depressing but I eventually figured out that making small tweaks to my diet and exercise took the weight off. Congrats on starting HRT
