    I still haven’t got to my walk this morning. I find if I don’t do it right away it is hard to get motivated later in the day. As soon as I finish my coffee I will do it. What do you do get get motivated at the start of the day?

    Today’s goals
    1. Walk 30 minutes minimum
    2. 10,000 steps
    3. Stay within calorie goal
    4. Drink 8 cups of water
    5. Bed by 10:30 pm

    @lindamtuck2018 I keep a master to-do list on my frig, add things as needed, check them off when done. I do Love checking them off. LOL Anyway, I revise and republish a new list each weekend. At the start of each day, I decide which 3-4 items MUST get done that day and that becomes my short list. If I get / make time to do others, they are a bonus.

    I tried just keeping it on the computer ... but that makes it too easy to ignore ... and I frittered away my day without accomplishing anything. On the Frig though, it's there for me to see many times throughout the day.

    Happy Thursday Everyone ........ I hope everybody is doing good ...As for me I have a Podiatrist appt. today ... I get to tell them that the foot that had surgery on in March is doing well but now I get to tell them I hurt the other one... I will be asking for a bone density test and an x-ray for my left foot ..It is never-ending ughhh :/

    @lindamtuck2018 - I’m gonna need to be excused for weigh ins the rest of the month. I’ll still be here checking in and trying to keep up with everyone’s steps but I’ve got too much going on to worry about the scale.

    Happy Thursday Everyone ........ I hope everybody is doing good ...As for me I have a Podiatrist appt. today ... I get to tell them that the foot that had surgery on in March is doing well but now I get to tell them I hurt the other one... I will be asking for a bone density test and an x-ray for my left foot ..It is never-ending ughhh :/

    Hope all works out well today. An X-ray is probably a good idea.

    If there was one thing about yourself that you wanted to change....What would it be? I would want to change my flabby arms .... I have really let myself go ughh

    My wrinkles. As I lose weight my face is looking older. I think it is just extra skin on my face from fat loss. Age is a factor I am sure.

    Update on my Podiatrist Appt. I had the x-ray done.... he is ordering a bone density test and I see him again next week .......I am crossing my fingers that this foot is NOT broken
