Good Morning!

I didn't realize that I missed yesterday. I hope that everyone had a great 4th of July.

Still very hot and humid in Kansas. I have been working to get the house ready to be painted tomorrow and Tuesday. I had to trim back all of the bushes, and clean up all of the different decorative items around the house. A couple of mornings of deep sweat. I also got the tile and materials for the floor tile that will be done the following week. I sure hope that Connie will be done for awhile, because even if contractors come in, there is a lot of work for me to do.

Frankie the dog, and myself do not like fireworks. It sounded like a war zone would sound last night. Very stressful for us. I ended up driving the dog to the next county just so that she could pee and poop. I'm hoping that everyone is about finished now for the year with the fireworks.

Good Morning

Quiet day yesterday till people started setting off their illegal fireworks. Always a thrill in fire season. My Canadian Butter Tarts got a thumbs up. A few more tweaks in order for next time. After streaming church I think we will venture out to the local nursery to use the some of the gift card we bought this spring to help him keep going. A few plants and a new flag for the front are on the list. Have an awesome day.

Missed myself. Like you, Steve I dislike fireworks. As does Cooper. They’re too close. Too long. And annoying. Hate hate hate them.
