Hi! I'm a sahm of 5 in a small town called Kings Mountain. I used MFP years ago and had great success. Life happe ed and I gained it all back and then some. So now I'm ready to start again. I'll be 40 soon. It's time to get myself back healthy and happy. So glad to meet y'all.
