    Good morning gentlemen.

Hope you are all enjoying sleeping in, today.

Cloudy again, today. With the cool summer we are having, they are now warning us that we will have a La Nina fall and winter - cooler and wetter than normal, due to a mass of cold water in the Pacific. Oh joy.

    Good Morning

West Coast leads the way it seems. Way too hot yesterday as we flirted with triple digits with a repeat today. Yesterday's drive with DW was postponed due to her having a day of attending online crafting sessions. So today is the plan with some errands, some lunch and some driving somewhere after streaming church.

Dave the La Nina/El Nino projections seem to flip flop through the year. Down here we could use a wetter than average winter.

    Good Morning!

I got up early this morning, and finished a 12 session walking program on the treadmill. I am also running just a very little again. Taking it very easy with that. After streaming church this morning, Connie and I went out to the lake. It is a little cooler today, but not much. It will still hit 90 today. They call that a cold front. I got the kayak wet, and Connie enjoyed sitting on the bank just watching. It was very enjoyable. I don't know what the afternoon will bring. I could work some outside, I could take a nap. I could work on our taxes, but with a few days left on the taxes, I'd hate to rush those.

    Have a great day!

    Good Afternoon,
Fixed breakfast this morning, then me and DW went to church service; only about 60 at church this morning down from about 100 two previous weeks.
    Continues HOT and HUMID
Steve, Sunday afternoon nap use to always start of my week right; if I didn't get no one wanted to deal with me that week.

    Afternoon gents.

Went to church on the lake this morning. Kind of like Ozark. I could not talk the pike into eating my fly.

    Heat continues here too.

Great to hear that kayak got wet, Steve!

    Be OP ;-)

    Forgot to check in...

Virtual church and watched Nat’l Parks series on PBS. Acadia is nearby up in Maine and I’ve never been there.

Visited lil William yesterday. He’s a bruiser for only 10 weeks. Cute guy. I mostly kept my mask on until DS offered a grilled chicken sandwich from his pellet smoker. Sat outside the whole time and walked around his neighborhood 1/2 hour.

Still not gotten out on my bike.
