Hi all! I'm a sahm of 5 aging from 19 to 3. My oldest doesn't live at home anymore, which has been an adjustment. I used MFP years ago and had great success but here I am starting all over again at the heaviest I've ever been. I struggle to find time for myself so I am beginning to realize how truly far I have let myself and my health slide. I will be 40 soon and know it's my time to take charge of my own health and happiness for the sake of myself and my family.
