Hi! I got a Charge 4 yesterday and when I was setting it up, it said I needed to update the tracker. It simply won’t update! I’ve restarted the tracker twice, and my phone. I’ve disconnected the tracker and reconnected it all to no avail. Any tips? h57hnrvqhk6k.png

    Tip is to check Fitbit for Fitbit specific issues - they do have moderators that read the forum posts.
