If you're referring to taking small frequent meals every 2-3 hours, then I'll tell you that as per the internet and many members here in MFP; there is no proof that doing this speeds up your metabolism.
However sa experience ko last, last week I weighed 152.1 lbs nung Tuesday and I just tried doing this small meal thing along with my usual gym cardio. I steadily dropped weight. Last weigh in ko last week 148.8 lbs na lang ako. i'm still doing it to see if it is really effective for me.0 -
good for you. .I'm currently doing this by the way due to my acid reflux.
