    Mornin' BBB.

Muggy here. Thunderstorms today. S'posed to hit 95 on Sunday. Heard the Yankee/Nats season opening game may be cancelled due to thunderstorms in DC area. Ugh.

What did the doc say Doc?

So would you fly into Bean Town to get to the NH sit gig, Steph?

Dog training this am, then picking up DS#2 at train station for a weekend visit.

Got my wee tractor back yesterday after spending $$$ to get her fixed and refurbished. Some how the padded seat got lost in the process and just a steel frame to sit on. Gotta call the guy this am and find out WTF.

Alternate meaning for WTF...where's the fish?

    Lou? Raine? Lisa?

    BBB OP ;-)

    Morning~

Tractor with no seat; no bueno!

Hot here - a strong storm burst yesterday and another anticipated for today's home opener vs. Yanks....we'll see.... Hoping to see some baseball!

Ortho doc pleased with progress - continuing PT and see what happens.

Full planning mode for surprise party for DW next month. 15 guests in a large mountain lodge. Hopeful we have fun!

    Morning.

I’ll be done earlier than planned today and I’m ok with that.

Hope you land the gig Steph

You need a cushion for sure Lee!

Dennis, hope Kris is better today.

    I’m guessing Carrie turns 50?

Dh turns 60 in October. Trying to decide what to do.

Visited dbil last night and his wife. Needed dh to sign some papers for her car purchase. We hadn’t seen them in I bet a year. It was nice to catch up.

I’d like to see some new scenery. I need a break.

Governor issued executive order to wear a mask at all times now.

    Better get scootin.

    Good Morning

That sounds wonderful Skip! Gonna earn you some points for sure, and maybe more ;)

Kelly, come see us in Wisc, and ds1 too!

Find that seat Lee, or the guy buys a new one!

Went with the FOB last night for his tux fitting, place had the color scheme all messed up, oh boy, the bride was on the phone in a heart beat with them. Glad I was there to confirm and reached out to her to say, ummm I think they have this all wrong here..... she set them straight and hopeful its all okay now. They have time to fix it anyway.

Good luck on the new house sit gig Steph!

I have my new pt side hustle training this afternoon with the uscb. Then I pick up ds1 at airport tonite 11pm fly in, yawn. quote "sorry Mom I forgot youre an early to bed bird". I'm off tomorrow, so I can sleep in til 6am lol.

Picked ds2's raspberries at his new house, so going to bake some rasp/lemon crumble bars for his 30th birthday treat for him and wrap the new golf bag present tonite and catch up with ds1. DS2 bought himself a set of new clubs from a lil $ of his lake lot proceeds. Be so nice to have the oldest here for a weeks visit.

Yesterday we got us a firm closing date and title company place to close by owner, on our new lake lot, Friday 9/18 9:00 a.m., we take occupancy as well, and not a minute later.

You all have a great day!

    Good morning BBB crew.

You make me feel pretty inadequate, Skip. Today is Rita's 67th birthday and I have planned nothing. We don't eat out or go anywhere during the pandemic. We stopped buying presents for each other, years ago. DDIL is making supper and bringing it over to our house to celebrate, tonight.

    Good morning BBB friends.
    • Happy Birthday Rita!
    • That's quite a trip Skip. Should be fun.
    • A change of scenery would be nice. Very nice.
    • Planning a breakfast ride on Saturday. Got to get out and back before it gets too hot.
    • DW is doing fine. She'll probably be wearing the finger splint for 6 weeks.
    • Enjoy your family reunion Mary.
    • Wouldn't it be nice if Steph could open up the NH B&B to BBB.

    Happy birthday Rita.

If we come to NH we will drive. So far we have nothing booked after Sept 3. Been looking at many Airbnbs if nothing else comes up.

Nice hike this morning that we drive to. I had planned to go to see the great salt lake but didn't realize it would take almost 2 hours to get where I wanted to go. With a hike that would be over 6 hours for the pups to be kenneled and we just didn't want to do that. They are used to stay at home parents and though they go in the crate well we feel that is too long.

Steph. Check out Sand Valley Lake Camelot on Air B&B

That dock is exactly right across the little bay, a stones throw, from where our pontoon is tied up.

    Just sayin...

Though wait til after 8=18 and you camp c as mp with us on our new land down the street from here, for free, of course. As can this rest of BBB

Pull the toy hauler to Tom's IL shop or some work Raine, then another 3 hours north by us! Now there's a plan for a fall vacation Raine!

I think we can find enough beds for all of BBB in our lake hood area, for sure, that'd be so fun!!!
