Journey through my last 15 lbs (7 kgs)

Hi!
This will be my journal towards getting rid of the stubborn last 15 lbs (7 kgs) to reach my goal!
A little about my journey so far... My highest weight was at about 175 lbs (78-79 kgs) which was all the way back around new year 2017-2018. Afterwards I've been stuck for about a year and a half around 165 lbs (75 kgs), fluctuating.
I've been battling some binge eating, tried a million diets - even had a personal coach try to help me lose some weight. Around new year 2020 something hit me. I didn't want to live a life where bingeing and junk food chose what I could and couldn't do. Well, I never wanted that, but suddenly it REALLY hit me!
From new year 'till mid april I didn't lose much more that a few kgs, maybe 2-3 kgs at the most. I said to myself that it was okay the journey took some time and I was losing weight, just slowly. Another epiphany around the end of april got me to really focus on my diet and the foods that kept me from reaching my goal - which leads to this day.
I'm 1.62 meters (5'3) and today I reached the weight that put my at NORMAL BMI!
I haven't had a BMI in the normal range since 2012-2013 - it's such a game changer for me (and I know the focus shouldn't be on BMI, but it really does something to my mindset).
Current weight: 65 kgs (143 lbs)
Goal weight: 58 kgs (127-128 lbs)
I feel like I'm in the part of my weight loss where my the final part of the marathon for my goal has initiated. The final sprint!
I want to use this journal to (hopefully) reflect on my journey and help myself to focus on my goal. No more binge eating, no more eating with my feelings, no more eating out of boredom! I want to nourish a great and healthy relationship with my body - and I am here for it!
