Fibro and daily caloric recommendations

They seem to only name calorie recommendations that apply to well people. Not sure how to adjust. Anyone else have this challenge?

    Well we're not as active so I think eating around 200 calories less than your BMR would be okay but definitely not under 1200 calories per/day.
