    Good morning gentlemen.

    Up really early, this morning. Planned to hike in the Cascades, today, but there is a good chance of thunder showers that would obscure the views, so I will do an about face and hike in the Olympics, instead.

    Morning.

    Dave, enjoy the hikes wherever they take you.

    DD and I had a nice hike yesterday at a state forest and went 4-1/2 miles. Mostly forest, but included a 1/4-mile long mowed path through a meadow, very pleasant. She fixed me lunch afterwards, mushroom and goat cheese omelette.

    Probably staying home today and catching up on chores and paying bills before they come after me—been a busy week.

    112/57 today, will take over extremes been dealing with
    Learned DD and DGS staying another week, she works from home
    I do not have energy for a 4 y.o.
    5 yoga classes this week and next week
    Enjoy hikes, kayaks and canoe trips
    Cloudy today but already into 80's, we really need rain

    It seems the ole back did not enjoy mopping yesterday and made for a rough evening. But feeling a bit better and I have early PT this morning which could be a bit of a ride. The rest of the day depends on how things go. Tempted to go for a drive.
