How much time do I have left?
Well, that depends on if you are like me sitting all day, not getting off the couch and eating all the wrong things. I used this Lifespan Calculator and answered all the questions truthfully the first time. I then answered the same questions by changinging the things I can control like diet and exercise. I liked the change and am now eating more fruits and veggies along with walking on a regular basis.
