    Morning~

    Busy day ahead....work/school....PT this morning.... HOPEFFUL for some pool time this afternoon. Maybe some darts and Happy Hour with me pal tonight....

    Boss comes back tomorrow after a 15 day hiatus. Thank God!

    Putting final touches/plans on DW surprise soiree next week.

    Steph - you all need to check out Loudoun County, VA! Lots of people looking for pet sitters here. Would love to see you in our area for a spell before you trek North....

    Sam - all the cool kids are doing it..... Evidenced by the cool kid in Indiana that inspired us to get one :smiley:

    Babe and Tess would love a pool like Skip's. Took them to town boat launch for water work this am. Tess never ceases to amaze me with her continued drive and desire to retrieve. She just loves it. Didn't want to get back into the truck to come home for breakfast.

    How is the enumerating going?

    Hey all Good Morning!

    We'd get a pool, but we'd only get to use it likely a month or two given how long these winters have become the last 2-3 years around SE Wisconsin so it seems. Plus my yard guy has enough on his plate adding the glamper lot soon, Im sure of it! Speaking of which Im starting to fantasize about our lake waterfront home, is it too soon ?, don't tell SO LOL. No really, Im looking forward setting up camp and doing this for a while then hopefully upgrading in 5 years, thats what us middle class divorced with kids lost half our shat folks years ago do LOL.

    Im counting again tonite and SO is installing ds2's new over the stove microwave, in lieu of their old exhaust fan tonite at the new place. Got my first door bashing attempt last nite, I didn't let her bring me down the ol crabazz. whatever. see ya, wouldntwannabeya.

    Whats up at the DaveRita campsite?

    Steph, we close and move on Sept 18, just for planning purposes LOL! Im hoping to glamp most of Oct weekends, other than the wedding weekend 10/2. I feel my birthday 10/10 weekend happening for sure, since the Foo Fighters concert cancelled for the second time 10/11 and now refunds are a coming.

    We have applied for several sits in VA. Competition is high there so we haven't landed any yet. Got a decline in WI lake but likely we will still be driving near Milwaukee en route to Michigan if you really want to host us.

    We did get the go ahead to come to New Hampshire in September. They are hoping to train us to run the Airbnb plus get to know us staying there when they are there for a few weeks. Then they will go to their lake house off and on in the fall .with us using it when we want. Then they are still planning their RV road trip in November. So if all goes well we will spend September-mid November there.

    Bike ride yesterday ended up being more like 15. Not sure how I miscalculated that. I could tell at the halfway point that we hadn't gone as far as I planned but by then it was getting windy so headed home. Today we have a new route mapped.

    Good afternoon BBB Friends.
    • Started the morning with my Emmaus Reunion group and then coffee with one of the guys afterwards.
    • Sam, if you would like to join us let me know.
    • Heading back to the church this afternoon. Trying to figure out how to incorporate a Zoom session with our live Sunday School class. We have the video figured out but fighting a delay with the sound.
    • Steph, I am guessing you are going to see some fabulous fall colors in NH.
    • Finished the 1st season of Goliath. I recommend it.
    • Lets hope the camping is going well in WA.

    Steph, we'd love to host you guys at our new glamp site, once we are set up on our own land of course, though we don't close on it til 9/18... Hanging with us prior to 9/18 in the driveway at the lake neighbors is a bit drab! You'd have more fun glamping once we are all set up and you can ride your bikes on the trails in Rome (summer 2021 might be better!) BUT.... You certainly are welcome to pit stop for as long as you'd like in Germantown in the second bedroom of our house in route to Michigan though, for sure! That might be more relaxing and appealing for ya? Yes?! Call me if you like to, you are certainly welcome to, for as long as you want!
