So I had to quit running because I need to get fitted for the right shoes. It killed me and I still hear songs on iTunes and remember the feel of letting it all out on the track. I've been wanting to get back to it as soon as I get fitted for the right running shoes. I've been saving up for some, I know they're pricey...anyways, I've also really wanted to run my first 5k this year. So this morning I logged onto facebook and there's a color run type 5k on November, just an hour or so away and get this...it's on my birthday!!!! It's fate! http://www.colormecrazy5k.com/

That would be nice to do it as a family and all encourage each other. i finally got me some nice trainers today. havent tried em on yet but they were reduced from £105 i think andrew said to £35. not bad, and they are PURPLE I will be starting with small runs i think on monday evening. 0

Well family minus the husband, still not talking and pretty sure were bound on a one way track to divorce, oh well. So purple is a nice color! Did you get fitted? I'm hopefully going to go get fitted for mine here soon!0

Be careful, some people do okay without fitted shoes, just listen to your body. Can't wait for the pic.0
