Lets explore:
1. What is our goal
2. Why we want that goal
3. Our deeper why's on that goal
My answers:
1. Try and loose that last belly fat
2. I think it will bring more harmony and vitality to all the zone around the belly
3. I just want to have full powers in life - its already difficult as it is (work, relations etc) so we must be at our best if we want to live it fully. And what else can matter as much as that?
