    Three yeses for me. Didn’t post last night as I’m out of the habit at the moment. Exercise was 20 minutes of gentle cycling on my static bike.

    Morning run and then a busy work day. Vet day and I was on stranded seals which is my favourite part of the job. We have 3 in at the moment and all are different species. Two are getting formula tubed so require someone to hold them 3 times a day. Once you touch a stranded seal you can’t work with resident seals due to the risk of transferring some disease. So I focused on snakes while the others worked with the residents.

    You have an interesting job. It's always educational reading your post.
