Pass day for me. Didn’t log everything and I know it was over budget. Oh well, at least I had an active day.
Morning run and then a busy work day. Vet day and I was on stranded seals which is my favourite part of the job. We have 3 in at the moment and all are different species. Two are getting formula tubed so require someone to hold them 3 times a day. Once you touch a stranded seal you can’t work with resident seals due to the risk of transferring some disease. So I focused on snakes while the others worked with the residents. I was around when our turtles decided to mate which was something we haven’t seen before and I got to swim in the seal pool without seals too get chlorine around the island while we shock treated the pool and I jumped in to the penguin pool and got our friendly little penguin to swim with me!

Three yeses for me. Didn’t post last night as I’m out of the habit at the moment. Exercise was 20 minutes of gentle cycling on my static bike.2

Thanks! I’m never going to take blue skies, sunshine, and clean air for granted again.
