Today has been a real testament to the value of good sleep. I slept very poorly last night. Today I am really tired and not making good decisions.

Oh yes, I am a walking testimony to that. I have been working on getting more sleep. (natural night owl here) However, I cannot function without sleep...and find myself nodding off like my Grandfather used to do in his chair... (rip, miss him). Wishing you good zzzz's tonight.6 -

House renovations have me being active for about 5-6 hours a day this week. My extra veggies challenge (50/50 plate method) is keeping my calories low, so the past couple of days I am burning more than I can eat. I am not hungry though, and my energy is good, so I am just rolling with it.5 -
