Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, many hours of walking and disinfecting the public areas of my workplace due to the virus, plus lifting and carrying heavy boxes for my own supplies (I don't need to do the last one, but do anyway for upper body exercise)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes -- but I ate some junk and have to watch it because I'm a lifelong sugar fiend and it's easy for bad habits to creep back
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes4 -
@RangerRickL Right now, huge local pumpkins are in the stores (I'm in the small town boondocks in Pennsylvania), plus dolls and scarecrows made of corn sheaves.

Yes, yes, and yes
I too live in the MW! Doesn’t feel Mid because my state borders Canada.
One day I would like my tracking results to actually match the projections “in five weeks you could weigh”
It is very discouraging and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong!
I’m not gaining but I’m definitely not going to weight 10 pounds less than I do right now I’m only 5 weeks! I don’t understand if I’m tracking incorrectly
Although those projections are nice you'll have to remember they reflect if everyday for the next 5 weeks was exactly the same. I tracked both my actual weight and those projections for the first 6 months and there was only on time the figure was correct. There are just too many variables. That said 1 to 2 pounds of weight-loss for the average person is a healthy expectation.
Do not get discouraged. If you keep hitting your goals the weight will come off.

Life threw me a bunch of curve balls starting about mid August. Finally catching my breath. In the past, I would have thrown all good eating habits out the window. This time I stayed active and paid attention to what I was eating. However, I did not track and wasn’t logging on. I have to work on that when things get hectic. I did keep healthy food ready and available so I wasn’t just grabbing anything on the fly. All in all, I gained 2 pounds in the last month. I am so pleased that it is only 2 pounds but completely realize that the gain would have kept going if I didn’t get back on track fully. 2 pounds a month is 24 pounds in a year.4 -
Yes x3 for Wednesday and Thursday. Had been hard to log in but I'm on track! Got 14k steps in on Thursday and a 45 min swim.4
