Why did I join the UAC? I joined a year ago in September 2019 for additional accountability as I lost about 35 pounds. I liked the basic, practical lifestyle questions. I also liked that I could write as little or as much as I wanted each day, which fit my busy life. I made a good choice.6 -

I joined UAC in 2018 to help me with my maintenance and to encourage my friend. I like the principles of UAC. It is a tried and true principles. I also like the interactions. Everyone is a trying to be themselves. The group is very supportive and kind.2

Pass day #1 for Monday
Pretty sure I went over in calories even though I might have been on the line. I'm in a hotel all week with my mother who is doing days of medical testing. I'm getting a ton of walking in which is great, and will try to eat as reasonably as I can!
Joined UAC because it keeps me focused on consistency with daily choices. Even though I dont make the circle often it has really opened my eyes to my habits!1 -
Yes x 3, but just barely! My team hosted a retirement lunch and there were so many goodies.
Now I have to rethink how I’m going to get my exercise...2 -
I was not on my pc for a couple of days and cannot get to community app on my phone - so...sorry for the late reports. For the 13th and 14th - I was yes x's 3. I have used 1/3 pass days this month.2

I joined for relationship within MFP and to be motivated to be accountable to both the group reporting...and to my self discipline. Day 242 in to my new way of living.... woohoo3

I joined March 2018 for the habit creation as I neared goal weight & I’ve stayed for the friendship, having a home on MFP, the wisdom & successes of long term maintainers (like Rick & several others - some of whom have moved on), the motivation of being in a community who does what it takes each day to be healthy, And because it works for me❣️2
