    95 minute leisurely neighborhood walk in the morning and stayed under. Busy still with lesson planning, but at least today I was able to walk. Also did house cleaning.

    Yes x3 Too exhausted to post much -- spent many hours disinfecting the public areas at my workplace, plus slow walking, plus carrying some boxes (nobody asked me to carry the boxes, but I did anyway and refilled my own supplies).

    I almost forgot about the dancing.... These days I only dance if another one of my Challenges requires it! I put on my favourite dance CD's (yes, I am old; I still have CD's!) and dance around the kitchen like no one is watching, (which they aren't)! I did some modern dance in university, and my husband and I took ballroom dancing lessons before our wedding so we could waltz to Anne Murray's "Could I Have This Dance?" But sadly, once all of our friends were married, we didn't go to any weddings for years, so we lost what we learned (well, he did!) when we took lessons.
