    I had a big old paragraph written out about setting reasonable goals and being kind to myself but when I hit done this app glitches out and sent me back to a different screen. Long story short. I used my 3rd pass yesterday and re-evaluated my goals. I now have more wiggle room and have a set minimum of daily activity I would like to get in.

    Exercised want to ramp up my walking pace if my knees will accommodate walked at lunch stayed under on my carbs tracked and logged need to get my ldl’s down a tad a little over normal ☹️ Refocus and begin again that’s the great part about this group so supportive

    Did you hit the Done button at the top of the screen? It means you have finished using the community forum pages, not that you are posting your comment. I hit it all the time by accident. I wish they would remove it.
