I had a big old paragraph written out about setting reasonable goals and being kind to myself but when I hit done this app glitches out and sent me back to a different screen. Long story short. I used my 3rd pass yesterday and re-evaluated my goals. I now have more wiggle room and have a set minimum of daily activity I would like to get in.4 -

Walked 2.81 miles outside. Dodged various particles. Smoke & dust. I had to get out for air today. Also did some calisthenics via a great program I found called AIM Fitness on YouTube. Bite-sized😂 exercises to mix up the day. Arm strength and core.
I tracked all the food-stuffs & beverages and came in under today. This is my goal now. Track & Under🙌🏽
I set a goal to lose 4.8 lbs by month’s end. It is a big goal - going for it healthfully.

Did you hit the Done button at the top of the screen? It means you have finished using the community forum pages, not that you are posting your comment. I hit it all the time by accident. I wish they would remove it.1 -
