Considering this a pass day. (1 of 3 for September) yes to tracking, yes to under calorie, but really tired today...so rested...and stocked up on all of the healthy foods that we need for a couple of weeks. Didn't really exercise...so - looking forward to getting back into my normal routine this week. I'm thinking I need to have all of my hormone levels checked...weight loss seems toooo slow...but ....onward!5

Oh, I forgot to share my animal story from the day. No work so this one is not my usual crowd. On our forest walk as we cane round a corner a big baboon was crossing the path ahead. We all froze (him as well as my friends and I) and stared at each other for a moment before he carried on into the bushes. We waited a bit longer and then carefully walked on. We heard him call nearby a couple of times and then heard two males arguing further away as we kept walking. A cyclist who passed us said the baboons are scared of people but I was still cautious. If we had come out closer to him, he might have felt much more threatened. It all worked out so it is a pretty cool story now.7

I actually had Covid and was on quarantine and lock down, but I was told I could walk outside as long as I was totally by myself, once I got over the illness and went 3 days without fever on meds. I was still in quarantine the 14 days.
I am quarantining as a requirement after returning to UK from travelling to a country not deemed safe (Sweden), and the guidelines are really strict in that you are not allowed to leave your own private property for any reason. Also, I live in central London so going outside and keeping totally to myself is nearly impossible 😕

Still not logging properly, too much going on.
Keeping more or less under budget, BUT really pleased I made it to the swimming pool again! Swam for half an hour, walked for another 50 minutes.5 -
Busy day as we got the last-minute back-to-school prep done. Skipped breakfast and ate out for both lunch and dinner, which blew my calories. But it was tracked.2

Yes x 3, I ate something bad yesterday and had a very uncomfortable night, I was exhausted but still got in the pool and did my 55 mins swim. Felt amazing, I am really happy with. how strong and fit I feel...3

I didn't log I to the community, but I've tracked, been careful and exercised everyday. Been doing very early workouts to avoid the heat. Plan on playing tennis after work today thouy, we'll see if it cools enough for that!2 -
Check-in for the long weekend - took my first pass as I haven't been eating well. I'm an emotional eater and the past few days have been crazy. Thankfully I was able to hike and cycle a bunch, even while hosting a house guest.2
