We were short handed at work today, so I was behind beds for 429 minutes. Whew! Tracked everything, will be way under today on calories. Knocked out 13,103 steps and my feet are feeling it! Have the next six days off. Much needed rest.
If that's more steps than usual then I would certainly count it as exercise. The point of the exercise is to be active and you can count things like gardening and cleaning if it's more than usual.
Yes x3 for me. Exercise was a jog5 -
Hello UAC team.
I used my first pass today. I did get my exercise in, but was so caught up with work did not track very well and know I am over my calorie goal. That darn Ben and Jerry's got the better of me!6 -
@juliemouse83 Thanks Virus or not, I can't begin to tell you how thrilled I am to be "stuck" at home and not at work

Tracked: Yes every bite!
Calories: Yes under Goal!
Exercise: Yes, 4 miles of walking. I also experimented with using resistance bands, so I know I'll be able to do strength training while I'm traveling in fall.5 -
Exercised minimum 20 minutes: Pilates (25) Water walking & swim (20)
Stayed under calorie goal: No
Tracked all calories: No
Today may be another pass day I have a cookout to go to, will be lots of drinks and desserts to try to avoid but I will do my best to stay focused on my goals5 -
Yes x 3 for Friday
Boot camp, two dog walks, and tracked it all. Prepping for an insanely hot weekend. Early morning workouts and walks and hibernation during the day.3 -
Yes X 3, but barely. Very challenging week. Classes started up - totally online. I am not used to sitting at a desk staring at and talking to a screen all day. My students are not prepared for online learning. Teaching used to be so much fun, but this is hellish.3

The first month or two is always "discovery time". Just keep coming back, and the new habits will eventually solidify with some helpful support from us.2 -

A LOT of teachers are feeling like that. My BFF is retiring from teaching in Dec ... and her final 4 months won't be with live-action colleagues. (She had to apply for "virtual school" position for multiple higher-risk factors)2 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Last of my Friday's off work - more that 15,300 steps (mostly exergame)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? WAY under eat vs burn ratio
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Sure did

@BMcC9, and @karenesg, not to mention that September also starts with a long weekend, which is a challenge all on its own!2 -
and it is the THIRD month in a ROW to do so! (if you are in Canada or the USA) - no more months starting like that again until next summer (although Easter can vary from year to year)3 -
