    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes: 260min. of cycling
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes: 1200 goal + 778 exercise - 1307 eaten = 671 left over
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes: made some delicious mashed cauliflower which felt very indulgent without the guilt!

    Went on holiday in the last week of August and am out of the habit of logging in.
    Sept 1st - pass day one. Back at work and didn't fit in exercise time.

    Sept 2nd - yes x3 with ring fit as the exercise

    When I started my journey I was out of shape. I had to break up my exercise time. I would march in place while doing dishes or during a commercial break. I found those mini sessions added up.

    Excellent tip! Thank you. I can do these things while standing at my desk on conf calls, slower times during the day, etc.

    Very creative! I like that idea.

    Suzy is right, it is hard to get started with exercise, being creative and starting slowly is what I believe works best. Once you get used to it things come easier.

    Thanks Rob! I will keep pressing on. Even if it's a few minutes here and there, you are right, it will add up.
