New member, I am in desperate need to lose the weight and need some support.
I am a mom of 5 and 31 years old!

    Hi new member BrandiLynn - You do have your work cut out for you - With 5 kids you can't rid your home of tempting goodies. Is there a way you can incorporate them in a regular fun "exercise" plan to increase your activity level? Maybe all of you going for walks together several days a wk. Or join them in play activities around the house, such as drawing different activities out of a "hat" - like 'walk across the floor like a crab' or 'hold hands and skip in a circle for 30 seconds', etc. It's a way to exercise without taking even more time away from the kids.
