Syncing the OneTouch App with MFP?

In an effort to hold off Type 2 Diabetes, my endo put me on a OneTouch meter to monitor my glucose levels. (I'm right at the official "line" for diabetes and hoping to stay on the healthy side!) It would be easier if the OneTouch Reveal meter app synced with MFP to upload nutritional info and activity. Does anyone use both? Have you figured out how to sync them??
