Hi Everyone!
I have a vacation coming up in October so this challenge sounds perfect! I just joined MFP and am really motivated for change. I have a gym membership that I never use .... I prefer some of the beachbody DVD's that I own or zumba on the wii. I lost 20 pounds last year and have been maintaining that with no effort but can't seem to permanently lose anymore, although my effort is not very consistent.
I'm looking forward to some accountability!
