RADISH BROWNS WITH EGG AND TOAST

1 lb(s), Radishes, raw
0.50 cup, chopped, Onion
0.50 cup, Green Bell Pepper
4 Slices, Smithfield
dash, Salt
dash Pepper
dash garlic powder
4 tbsp, Sour Cream divided by four
4 Large Eggs, 4 Whole Large Eggs
4 slice, Multigrain Bread
2 tablespoon (14 g), Brummel and Brown Spread divided by four

Clean and slice both ends of the radish
Cut radishes into quarters
Saute onion and bacon in a frying pan until translucent and bacon is crispy
Remove the onion and bacon and set aside
Turn the heat to high and add the radishes
Fry on all cut sides until brown and crispy
Turn heat down and add back the onions and bacon.
Saute together for 1 - 2 minutes
Poach the eggs.
Top the radish fries with the eggs
Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
