How are your dogs doing with the seasonal change and/or weather changes in your area?

I'm in New England, where it's chilled significantly in the last month. We went from 70+ degrees at 6:30am to 36 degrees this morning! And my dog has responded really well to the drop in temps. She is clearly more energetic, has more pep in her step, and maintains that all day. I don't know if this is a beagle thing, or if everyone's dog does this when it cools off, but it's interesting to watch!

I know some folks are in places where they are dealing with smoke from fires, or flooding. How're everyone's doggies holding up?

    Hasn't cooled down much here in Cali (yes we have fires all around us ) I am noticing my two are itching a lot more...I know it is not fleas because they are on Nexgard.... I am noticing ashes in my pool /truck everywhere ...maybe that could be why they are itching ...nothing as changed with their diet and such
