    Good morning gentlemen.

The air was clean enough for us to get out for a walk, yesterday. First time in a week we have been able to do that. I also mounted my bike on a fluid trainer and "rode" for a while. I haven't been on my bike in two or three years. Wow, those are different muscles. I'll try to increase the time I spend, each day. I gained three pounds during our smoky week of inactivity.

Same here in Portland area. surprisingly nice and clean starting with thunderstorms on Thur night/Fri morning early. A whole week of terrible smoky weather with Portland rated #1 in world for bad air and Seattle #2 one of those days. Wish I had a place for a bike trainer. My weight went up too. Have ridden now outside Fri, Sat, and soon today.

    Good Morning!

Dave, good for you for getting on a bike. I should do that, but cannot make myself ever get there.

Bob! It is good to hear from you, and to know that you are safe with the fires.

I ran on the treadmill this morning, and my hip and knee are hurting. Once again, for the 100th time, I'm wondering if I need to forget about running and walk. I am going to do a Lake Tahoe Incline walking series, and ponder how I feel hiking instead of trying to run.

I am hoping to finish that other bathroom today. I worked on it a little yesterday. Just finishing tasks, but each takes some time. Caulking, baseboard trim, carpet to tile transition, etc. So close, but yet so far. I'm thinking that 4 or 5 hours will knock it out.

From this writing to Lowes, and then get started. I already listened to chuch, as well as, got a run in.

Have a great day! Go Chiefs!

    Mornin' gents.

    Flying home to CT.

Good time with me dad, even though I have some serious concerns about how he's doing.

    Good Morning

Bob, good to see you post and to know you are alright.

Lee, it is not hard to see the resemblance between you and your dad.

We had a wonderful outing after being cooped up these last few weekends with heat and smokey air. We headed to the Tiburon Penninsula hoping it would not be too crowded. It wasn't. We dined out for the first time since March. We went to a place we have been to before but wasn't crowded. The tables in the street were generously spaced not all in use so all seemed well. We enjoyed our meal and walked around the historic areas away from the main harbor. Beautiful day. We went home happy. Heather is crafting cards and party decorations today so I will be on my own. Funny to hear the bike comments. I was just saying yesterday that I was almost ready to get mine out, get it ready and try riding around the old shopping center parking lot to slowly restart.
