Calories: I went over my 1200 for the day and ended with 1,468 calories ( I didn't exercise as long today and had a few treats today and Chipolte dinner with my daughter )
Pass Days: I am using a pass day today since I am over on my calories and I finish month with 2 remaining.
My day started very early and super busy! I cleaned the whole house, walked on treadmill 30 mins, my daughter came over and we spent day shopping for shoes to go with her dress for baby shower, finished our last few details to be done for shower, ate some Chipolte we had delivered to house, had a few treats ( gluten free chocolate cupcake and 2 Reese Peanutbutter cups, one chocolate fudge popsicle) I could easily go down to basement and burn more calories off to not use the pass day, but I deserve a break day and I shouldn't feel guilty about it! I did great for month of October. I weighed for first time since I started on October 1st and I lost a total of 6 pounds this month! The week before we started the challenge I joined Myfitnesspal and started logging and exercised and lost 6 pounds in that week. I think so much because its water weight and a shock to the body on how many calories I actually was eating! So I lost 12 pounds total since joining last week in September. I am 5'2 and now weigh 137. My ideal goal weight is 115, so 22 more pounds to go!
Congrats to all the members in this group! Looking forward to the next month challenge. I know already 2 pass days I want to use ( my daughter's baby shower on Saturday after Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving ) so gonna have to really be careful next month!5 -

Yes, yes, and yes, it was a good day and I ended the month well. Still no strenuous exercise, but working in the yard feels good. It was a good day. Happy Halloween y'all!5

Was gonna make Saturday a major pass day, but I just didn't want to eat a bunch of sweets. Slightly feeling overtired and rundown the last two days, I know sugar works against my immune system in that situation. Sooooo, I might have slightly gone over in calories but I don't think so. Either way I had one pass day left so I'm good!2

Took my 2nd pass day because "Why not?"
My planks were to be 10 reps of 30 seconds. Instead, I managed 5 reps of 1 min each. Never mind that it was done in the space of almost 20 min lol I'm taking this as a mini victory. And, therefore, my pass day. The logic follows 😭

Hiked in hills 1:40+ taking photos to inspire future art-making. Just amazing, as I reviewed the photographs of hidden figures & faces that I hadn’t noticed on the hike. Such fun!!!!1 -
