    Was gonna make Saturday a major pass day, but I just didn't want to eat a bunch of sweets. Slightly feeling overtired and rundown the last two days, I know sugar works against my immune system in that situation. Sooooo, I might have slightly gone over in calories but I don't think so. Either way I had one pass day left so I'm good!

    Took my 2nd pass day because "Why not?"

    My planks were to be 10 reps of 30 seconds. Instead, I managed 5 reps of 1 min each. Never mind that it was done in the space of almost 20 min lol I'm taking this as a mini victory. And, therefore, my pass day. The logic follows 😭

    CONGRATS TO EVERYONE ON THEIR WORK THIS MONTH!

    It has been so fun "watching" you all over the past few weeks!

    Hiked in hills 1:40+ taking photos to inspire future art-making. Just amazing, as I reviewed the photographs of hidden figures & faces that I hadn’t noticed on the hike. Such fun!!!!
