Ah, Monday’s are so great! Exercise today included a 30 minute body weight without, a 20 minute awesome yoga shoulder session, coaching kids Jiu Jitsu and a full hour of Jiu Jitsu class. Tough class today but I overcame a mental aspect on the mat.
Good food choices, all logged and under budget. Plus I prepped overnight oats and iced coffee for the week.
I do need to cut out the wheat again as my asthma is hitting me at every tough training session. I do get it under control pretty quickly but even missing one round is a waste when we only have an hour to train in. I say this while having bread with my dinner, but I don’t like wasting and this is the last of the bread in the house. I don’t really keep much wheat based food in the house because I know it is a problem for me.
Oh, and exciting day ahead tomorrow but I’ll tell you all about it tomorrow 😜😜😜7 -
Body is high off of yoga and a nice walk with a great friend. Made excellent food choices, including veggies, a cookie, and lots of soup as it's cooooollllld. Under. Yay, don't wanna jinx myself but I may be in the winner's circle IF I don't go too too cray with my family's visit during the last days of the month lol.

Thanks for the photo comments it’s an old railroad track that is no longer used other then for recreation, it’s so close to us we walk to it so it’s part of a weekend routine here in the Adirondacks.

Uncharacteristically down today....just so DONE with the virus limitations...but I know this is not a healthy attitude and will work on it... Praying through this attitude problem....and plan to drag my sons out to do some stuff around the yard.
Good news...sort of... one dr. says your bloodwork says one thing...but unless I present with repeat issues ...he can't diagnose. So - on to the oncologist. I am happy that he didn't diagnose "willy nilly"...but it's the unknown that is hard to handle...9 -

We'll that's it for me; I'm out. Day 4/3 pass days. I had planned to make dinner, but then my hubby brought home some chicken korma and rice which was way better than making a meal myself. Even with a small portion and small side of rice I'm over on my calories for the day.
Honestly I think I set my limit much too low. I had hoped that would help me continue to lose but it's a bit too low to keep going for 28/31 days in a month. Only one pass day was used because I didn't get to exercise. The others were because I was over my calorie goal for the day. Lesson learned.
I may be back in November with a more realistic calorie goal.

Pass day #2 for Sunday, I enjoyed mimosas and couldn't track a few of the appetizers and dinner accurately.
But yes x 3 for Monday. I'm about to prelog dinner and a snack, and had a really long dog walk for the first time in months right after work. FINALLY have cooler weather and can go with the dog outside in the afternoon! That means a lot more calories are about to be burned!6 -
