    1) Since this challenge I have walked 35-40 miles a week on treadmill/outside.
    2) I have recorded my food every day
    3) I have weighed and measured my food
    4) I have used no pass days
    5) My jeans are not uncomfortable to wear anymore.
    6) The little 7 year old I do remote learning with told me today " Mrs.Gina, your belly looks smaller now. " You gotta love what kids say!
