    Thanks - yeah, that’s why I just move along - but I feel like she’s being more the Karen - the first time this happened she insisted I move into another lane (occupied at the time by someone who got his time cut short on account of her - so I gfeel doubly bad) and the reason? She wears a shower cap and doesn’t want to get her hair wet going under the rope. If that ain’t a Karen thing to say... 😂

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES | Even though it was a rest day, I was helping move large appliances and boxes up and down flights of stairs. Lemme call it 45 minutes of low rep, heavy weight compound movements even though the process took the entire afternoon.
