    A couple that we've become friendly with is of to birth a baby today, so I get a couple of days to play with their dogs!

    Good morning BBB crew.

    Rita and I did our walk, yesterday, then I spent some time on my bike (on a fluid trainer - a bike thing for stationary riding). I am trying to build up my time, there, before getting back out on the road. I used to bicycle all the time, but drifted away from it three years ago. Interestingly enough, that change of habit coincided with my gradually gaining 20 lbs.

    Dog sitting. Could be fun. Congrats to the parents and prayers for an uneventful birth.

    Still chuckling over the looming pool party at Skips. Its gonna be good. Hopefully no one desecrates the lawn. Maybe hire a shuttle bus?

    That pie looked pretty darn good. I need to make some fried apples to have with some vanilla ice cream.

    Happy pet sitting.

    We didn't do anything special yesterday. It's construction week at the cottages which is the whole reason we came here early. The did demo and installed a window in the bathroom. Today they plan to do drywall repair and begin to install the flooring in the kitchen and bath. We have no cabins to clean so I might go to the grocery store.

    • I started the morning with my Emmaus reunion group. Always good.
    • Belated Happy Birthday Raine. Glad to hear you are in a good place.
    • That did look like a good pie.
    • Spent a couple hours getting some Harley therapy yesterday. More planned for tomorrow.

    Good Evening.
    Went and got Flu shots as we do every anniversary, DMIL went alone and we had told her before we left that she needed her medicare card and supplement card, we get there, she dumps out her purse and announces that someone has stolen her checkbook that had her cards in it; this is as they are preparing the shots. Thankfully they the went ahead and gave her shot. When we get home she gets her other checkbook which she had on her table in kitchen downstairs, glad I did not allow her to file a report.
    DMIL sets card on table and tells DW it is for me for our anniversary, nothing for her daughter.
    Tis getting time for fried apple and fried pear pies.
    Enjoy ride tomorrow Dennis for balance of week is wet.
    They are saying we will finish up census this week, I'm ready to be done.
    Catholic church in town has many in quarantine which I don't understand since their services were being held outside.
