2 mile walk this afternoon. Did an indoor TRX class followed by outdoor Boot Camp. This was the first indoor class the facility I go to did, there were only 7 of us, normally can fit 18. I'll probably regret it tomorrow, but I loved it.
Got rid of my living room furniture, new set gets delivered on Monday so I'm sitting on an outdoor canvas chair. Finally got to unpack books and things in the second bedroom. It's become a library/meditation/stretching room.

Hi @JTH11706 Sounds great, I can just move to miles. Can I change my goal? 200 miles sounds better than 186ish
6.5mile walk today.

@DREAMPHEDRE - Yup, what Janet said! You can report individual activities done each day if you like just so long as you report a running total for the month, in either KM or miles is fine. The spreadsheet is set to automatically convert it for us. Janet changed you to miles already, but whatever is easier for you is fine by us.

Janet - Don't do math, not even once! You'll get hooked and end up doing math for the rest of your life.1 -
