Negative Split Calculator

I posted this once before a while back, but just came across it again, and it is so useful: http://www.ridersite.org/SBTraining/PaceCal.php
Makes it easier to plan pacing. Last HM I ran with a pacer, and then sped up after 9 miles or so. Next one doesn't have pacers, so I am really trying to plan. There is nothing better than passing lots of other runners in the last 4 miles!

Thanks for posting that. It will be very helpful!
One "gotcha" to avoid - I just finished a Half and I ran 13.22 miles - which is the same distance for the other 2 HM's that I've done.
The extra distance is important because a 9:09 pace, for example, will get me to 13.1 miles in 2:00:00 but the finish line will be about a minute away (I added 75 seconds in my calculations).
Easiest workaround is to subtract the extra time from finish time and the calculator will account for the extra distance.0 -

So if I'm running a half that is 8 miles downhill and 5 flat. Do I reverse the negative split times?0
